CRE Stress Analytics

Commercial Real Estate Stress Analytics is a specialty program designed by Analytic Focus to handle all commercial loan stress testing needs. We re-underwrite CRE loans performing portfolio-level stress tests, sensitivity analysis, and/or commercial real estate valuations. This helps us quantify the impact of today's varying economic conditions on the quality of the property, earnings generated by the property and the project's capital. During the analysis, we consider data including interest rates, vacancy rates, capitalization rates, operating expenses, collateral value, loan to value and geographic region.
