A seasoned IT executive, Bill has over 25 years in technology and over 21 years in the Financial Industry. His expertise extends through IT development, infrastructure, data security, e-discovery, and business continuity and has provided expertise and support for multiple financial acquisitions.
Bill participated on the Greenwich Capital Financial consulting team for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) providing acquisition and asset guidance. As an IT executive with Litton Loan Servicing, Bill worked as point during examinations and audits with such agencies and organizations as the FDIC, the Federal Reserve, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and many other firms and rating agencies.
Bill has also owned his own consulting company and worked as a private consultant for various financial institutions, large restaurant chains, and financial communication companies in development, infrastructure, database, and project management.
