Thomas E. Reeves, Ph.D.

Thomas Reeves, Ph.D., has 22 years of experience in Air Force research related to applied numerical algorithms, research related to a wide range of Air Force personnel and manpower problems which occur during the military career life cycle (recruitment to retirement), and analytical support pertaining to the flow of quality officer candidates into the Air Force. He also has extensive education and academic experience in database management, management information systems, and operations research in both graduate and undergraduate programs.

Ms. Donna Powell is the Director of our Alexandria, VA office and Task Manager for the Quality Assurance project for the Department of Justice, where Analytic Focus conducts 23 different quality control and quality assurance reviews for all civil litigation in the DOJ.

Gianfranco Semino joined Analytic Focus LLC in May of 2010 and currently works as a Research Analyst in the San Antonio office. He works on the review of cash flows in mortgage backed securitizations and analysis of trust reporting errors.
