Three separate property value diminution cases filed in Florida between 1998 and the present. All three cases were environmental contamination cases, with class actions brought against manufacturer. In all three, local contamination was in groundwater or air as a long-term release of chemicals led to exposure. Questions revolved around diminution of property, where the class was located, whether there was a loss, and when such a loss would be observed.
